Xelivor
Engineered for signal integrity, strict compatibility, and extreme durability in critical networking hubs.
Established in 2016, Xelivor Optoelectronics Co., Ltd. has grown to become a premier designer and manufacturer of high-performance optical transceivers, fiber connectivity equipment, and custom copper/magnetic RJ45 socket assemblies. Operating from a highly specialized manufacturing center covering 386 m², we focus on micro-tolerance alignment and automated testing protocols to guarantee signal integrity.
With over 8 years of hardware engineering expertise and 6 years of deep-rooted export compliance, we facilitate smooth data flows for global datacenters, enterprise telecommunications, IoT, and cloud networks. Backed by a dedicated R&D team of 68 engineers, we are continuously pushing the boundaries of mechanical and electromagnetic configuration, introducing more than 85 new components annually.
Why global OEMs partner with Xelivor for industrial-grade magnetic jacks and copper interfaces.
Our strategic manufacturing base incorporates automated stamping lines capable of maintaining micron-level tolerances. We apply selective gold plating ranging from gold flash up to 50 micro-inches (50u"), optimizing contact resistance and prevention of oxidation over 750+ insertion cycles.
By sourcing high-quality ferrite cores and employing automated wire winding processes in our network of 850+ supply partners, Xelivor produces Integrated Connector Modules (ICMs) with exceptional common-mode noise suppression and electromagnetic compatibility (EMC).
Our localized cluster in China gives us unparalleled component availability, from high-temperature plastics (LCP, PA9T) to specialized shielding cages. We offer rapid turnaround times for custom tooling modifications (Tab-Up/Tab-Down configurations, LED colors, and custom footprint layouts).
As network speeds push into multi-gigabit bands, the demands on physical-layer connectors undergo a profound transformation.
Modern enterprise access points, base stations, and edge networking terminals are transitioning to high-speed interfaces such as 2.5G/5G/10G Base-T Ethernet. Standard, non-magnetic modular jacks are no longer sufficient to protect sensitive physical layer (PHY) silicon chips from static build-up, line noise, and electrical surges. Integrated Connector Modules (ICMs) or Magjacks incorporate transformers and common-mode chokes directly into the RJ45 housing, conserving valuable board space while offering essential isolation.
Furthermore, with the rise of smart building automation and security cameras, Power over Ethernet (PoE) has scaled to PoE+ (IEEE 802.3at) and PoE++ (IEEE 802.3bt Type 3/4), delivering up to 90W-100W of power over standard copper cabling. This massive power load requires RJ45 sockets to feature robust contact pins made of high-grade phosphor bronze to prevent thermal degradation and arcing during disconnection.

How our custom OEM connectivity portfolio operates across diverse engineering sectors.
In high-density server configurations, space and heat dispersion are paramount. Our low-profile magnetic jacks allow hardware designers to stack RJ45 sockets vertically or horizontally on network interfaces, optimizing cooling airflows and lowering latency overhead in Out-of-Band (OOB) switches.
Industrial machinery generates intense electromagnetic fields. Our shielded, multi-port RJ45 modular jacks feature advanced EMI suppression, preventing packets dropouts and protecting industrial PLCs, fieldbuses, and robotic controllers from severe electrical transients.
Outdoor telecom gear operates under wide temperature swings. We manufacture RJ45 and SFP transceivers designed with custom potting compounds and rugged casings to survive moisture, dust ingress, and temperatures fluctuating from -40°C to +85°C.
From initial design sketches to final electrical certification, we ensure transparency and reliability.
We work alongside your engineering team to define electrical parameters, mechanical pinouts, LED configurations, and housing requirements.
Using 3D electromagnetic field simulators, we model contact pins, signal routing, and shielding efficacy to ensure compliance with NEXT/FEXT targets.
We issue pre-production samples for physical verification. Samples undergo thermal shock, salt mist corrosion tests, and vibration cycling.
Our quality assurance system, managed by 32 dedicated inspectors, oversees automatic winding, plastic molding, and robotic testing arrays.
